GE Healthcare wanted to launch
a recruitment campaign for Java developers.
The target group has a reputation of living
in a closed world: they don’t watch TV,
listen to radio or read newspapers, and they
can’t be reached via online ads either.
They don’t respond to job offers and most
of them don’t even have a proper CV.
One thing they do like is difficult games.
So we created a challenging one to recruit them:
